10. Shop Return Policy
Digital Products, including Bundles and self-study online courses such as PRISM, PR Accelerator, PRGirl Prep or any pre-recorded trainings or workshops.
Given the instant delivery of digital products, we do not offer refunds any digital products or courses.
11. Refund/Cancellation Policy
PResent Social (or any other Live courses and trainings)
Front of House Media, LLC offers online courses and standalone workshops/trainings. When you purchase a course, you have immediate access to proprietary content, and there are no refunds. Once you register you are responsible for paying the full course amount, even if you elect to pay in installments. Please do NOT purchase if you aren’t ready to commit to completing the work. On a case by case basis, we may allow you to reschedule for a future course within 14 days from the course start date, as long as you attend within the next 12-months. There is no guarantee, however, that the course you purchased will be offered again, at this same price or in this same format.
The Coterie by Front of House Media, LLC
The Coterie is a monthly membership, and you may cancel at any time on your My Account page. The Coterie includes immediate access to intellectual property and content proprietary to Front of House Media, LLC. If you are not satisfied with the content, please contact us. We can discuss how to make the content work better for you, but there are no refunds. If you are not satisfied, or realize the membership isn’t quite right for you, cancel your membership at any time and you won’t be charged for future months.
Agency Directory
By signing up for a directory listing you are agreeing to be charged automatically. You will be charged at the time of signup and then the same date each quarter or year, based on that signup date. You may cancel at any time, however, there are no pro-rated cancellations. So, if your quarterly payment was paid on Sept. 15 and you decide to cancel on October 15, you are not eligible for a partial refund. If your payment fails to process, the service will automatically try again in 2 days. If the second attempt fails, you will receive an invoice from Front of House Media, LLC which must be paid within 48 hours or we will pull your listing until your account is back in good standing.

There are no pro-rated, or mid-year cancellations.
Late Fees: Front of House Media, LLC will send one follow-up reminder to the email on file. If payment is not received in a timely manner, we will add a monthly late-fee (10% of the account balance) to any invoices or subscription payments that are not kept current.
12. Sponsored and Affiliate Content
The FTC requires bloggers to disclose whenever there is a financial interest or bias related to a recommendation or whenever a blogger’s opinion may be financially motivated in any way. All articles where compensation has been received will be disclosed as either “Sponsored Content,” “Sponsored by [BRAND NAME], “Paid Suggestion” or “This post contains sponsored content.”
The FTC also requires disclosure about any affiliate links. This means that we earn a small commission if you decide to purchase the product linked in an article. Affiliate links will be disclosed as “This post contains affiliate links” or “Disclosure: Compensated Affiliate”
13. Participation in Products and Programs including The Bespoke Communication Awards
If you submit an award entry or otherwise take part in our Products and Programs on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (a) “you” includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all permissions and licenses provided in these Terms and bind the entity to these Terms, and that you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf. You may use our Products and Programs only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Participating in our Products and Programs, involves submission of a single or multiple award entries by you in award categories chosen at your discretion. Front of House Media, LLC and its judges do not independently verify information contained in your award entry and are relying on you to provide accurate and truthful information in your award entry. Your use of our Products and Programs, including in case of selection of your award entry as a “winner” or “finalist,” is in no way an evaluation, guarantee, warranty, sponsorship, or endorsement of any kind by Front of House Media, LLC, its owners, employees, or agents of your products and services, or of your Company, its executives, departments, or any of its business practices, or other characteristics. As such, in no way does Front of House Media, LLC assume any responsibility for the quality, condition, efficacy, suitability, safety, fitness, legality (including applicable patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws), or reliability of any product or service produced, manufactured, distributed, sold, offered, rendered or otherwise made available by you. Nor does Front of House Media, LLC assume any responsibility for the workplace conditions, personnel, business practices, or other characteristics of your Company. If you use our Products and Programs, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Front of House Media, LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including costs of defense of claims, suits or proceedings brought by third parties on any basis whatsoever), in any way related to (a) your access to or use of our Products and Programs, (b) reliance by any third party on our Product and Programs as a full or partial basis for conducting business with you, including by purchasing or using your products or services, or (c) your breach of any of these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Front of House Media, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMS; (B) ANY CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING JUDGES OR OTHER UNPAID VOLUNTEERS ASSISTING BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE GROUP; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL Front of House Media, LLC’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO OUR PRODUCTS OR PROGRAMS EXCEED THE AGGREGATE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PRODUCT OR PROGRAM AT ISSUE.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. We each agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of a state court located in San Diego County.
Our Products and Programs are controlled and operated from the United States, and we make no representations that they are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
